I know, it's a little early, but I'm stuck working New Year's Eve, so I'll just send out my wishes to you all today.

As for me, I'll be on hiatus from the blog. I'm not sure for how long, and I don't have a real reason why. I just am. I'll return whenever.
My birthday was yesterday. Yep, I turned the big 2-4. My 24th Birthday, on December 27th, 2006. And what did I do on my 24th birthday? I did what all twenty-four year olds should do on their birthday.
I went to Chuck-E-Cheese's! That's right, you heard it right. I went to Chuck-E-Cheese's.
My bro and I took our little siblings to Chuck-E-Cheese's. I collected a bunch of coins from my workplace, so most of the day there was free. We won a lot of tickets, all of which were for the little ones.
After that, my little siblings planned a trip to McDonald's, to treat me for lunch. When I heard that over the weekend, I thought that was the sweetest thing. They wanted to get lunch for me, with their own money. That honestly fills me with so much joy. Not so much because of lunch, but they used the money they received as presents, and for doing their chores (making their beds, cleaning their room), and treated me for lunch. I'm so gonna buy them presents for that.
As for the rest of the night, went to Congee Wong for dinner with the family, home to play the Nintendo Wii and Guitar Hero II, had some cake, and played more games.
And that's my birthday. Gonna try to meet up with my friends this weekend, or next week.
I hope everyone had a safe and Merry Christmas! I had a really enjoyable one with the family. I was awoken around 9:30am, by my little siblings. The rest of the family was also awoken at the time. Being Christmas morning, we went to open the presents.
To cut to the chase, I got some awesome gifts. I didn't really have a wishlist, so anything was great for me. As you can see the picture, one of the gifts was a little Bob-omb! One of those little bombs from the Super Mario games. I'm keeping this on my desk, cause it's just too cool.
Not to take anything away from my other gifts, because those were just as awesome. Like a little toy car of Doc Hudson, from the Disney movie, Cars. This became even more special, because the family watched Cars the night before. Such a great family movie. Loved the ending, where John Ratzenberger (Mack... the Mack Truck) starts reprising his previous Disney roles. That's one to check out.
I also received a thicker back-scratcher, because the ones I had before had thin shafts, that broke when enough pressure is applied. That was a stocking stuffer. Also, a portable handheld massager was in the stocking as well. I wanted one, but never got around to buying it.

I mentioned that a few weeks back. I was actually planning on ordering it, along with the new printing of the Daredevil Volume 1 Hardcover, but the Christmas season had me tight on cash, so I was going to wait until the new year. Glad I got it as a gift.
Guitar Hero II
Holy crap, that's an awesome game. I have already cleared it in the easy mode. Now, I'm working on the Medium level. That game is so fun. Controlling a fourth button on the medium settings is quite hard. Then again, I only played it once on the medium settings, so hopefully I can get used to the controls. Eventually, work my way up to the higher settings.

Sure, I'm just in the crowd, but that's fine with me. Not like I'll ever get the chance to be in one of his movies, so this is the next best thing...
... Anyways, I picked up the DVD on Friday, after I dropped off my assignment at school. That wasn't the only thing I ended up getting that day. I also picked up Kingdom Hearts II (for my brother), and a Nintendo Wii (for my brother).
Yea, it was weird. I was walking to the PS2 games section at Best Buy, and before I got there, one of the sales associates says "Hi" to me. Then out of nowhere, he asks if I want a Nintendo Wii. I freeze, debating whether or not to pick it up. I ended up getting it. However, I was told that I must purchase the Performance Service Plan, in order to purchase the Nintendo Wii. Anyone know if what they did was legal? I've been told it's not, so if anyone else has any answers to that (I guess, with supporting links), that would be great.
It's December! Twenty-four days until Christmas. Twenty-six days until my 24th Birthday. Let the mayhem of the Christmas shopping begin! Like the title to this blog entry? It's actually the title to an essay I wrote 8-9 years ago. I actually got a good mark on that essay.
Today, we see the start of crappy weather. Freezing rain, ice pellets, wet snow, etc. Sucks for me, because I gotta drive to school to hand in an assignment. I couldn't find my instructor yesterday, when I finished the assignment, so I gotta go in a bit later. Drive there, hand it in, drive home. I also work later, but work isn't that far away from me. Hopefully it isn't busy today at work.
I have three auctions remaining to ship off. One of which won't go until next week, or the week after, because the buyer is paying through money order. The other two, I'll ship out in a couple hours. The first eight of the items, I shipped out yesterday. I'm quite surprised how quickly everyone paid. I don't have to really worry about payments anymore, other than that one money order.

Di Biase demands city declare him mayor
My bro showed me the article, after Linda Jackson was declared the new Mayor after the recount (article was written earlier in the week). Also, after watching some news clips of Michael Di Biase after Linda Jackson was declared the winner. I swear, he just keeps showing what kind of sore loser he is. Just give it a rest, you loss.
I don't really follow politics, but I find Di Biase a disgrace to Vaughan, just from his actions and behaviour from this election. If he ever runs again, I'm voting for the other person.
Oh, the two comics I bought this week.
Batman/The Spirit - Fun story of when the Batman and the Spirit first met each other. Fantastic artwork by Darwyn Cooke and J. Bone. Bring on the ongoing series, cause I'm buying.
The Immortal Iron Fist #1 - I don't know much about the Iron Fist character, or the history. I'll buy this for the time being.
Alright, now I gotta start thinking of my X-Mas shopping list.
