Even More Cupcakes!

This was actually my last batch of cupcakes, which I made in February. I haven't done much baking since then, mainly because of time. My parents opened up their restaurant a few weeks later, and various other stuff that just prevented me from doing so (laziness, most likely).

I didn't get a picture of all of the cupcakes, because Danny ended up taking the bulk of them, for a lunch gathering.

Once again, Mango Cupcakes, this time, with French Vanilla frosting, with blue food colouring. Peaches, Mandarin Oranges, Cherries, and Lychee, topping the cupcakes.

I've been wanting to bake recently, but those days I had off to do son, I didn't have all of the ingredients, so I haven't gotten around to it.
